You can use this feature to create different users in Salon Soft. In Salon Soft you can create different users and and set users types. There are two types of users in Salon Soft 1.Admin-This type of user can access all the features of the Salon Soft 2. Operator - Operator type user have restriction to access reports and settings of Salon Soft.You can create logins for all operators who works in your salon. Currently logged operator name is printed on Service Slip, Service Invoice and Retail Invoices.
To add a new user:
- Select Add Option Button
- Enter User Name
- Enter Password
- Reenter Password must be same as password
- Choose User Type
- You can select user type as admin or operator
- Admin type user will have access to all features of Salon Soft.
- Operator Type user can access only following features
- Can Create and Manage customers
- Can Create New Service Slip and Service Invoice
- Can Add Cosmetics sales and purchases
- Can see Customer History
- Can Book Appointment
To modify existing user:
you can modify existing user logins and user type if required.
- Open User Login from Menu
- Select the user from User Name List
- Enter New Password
- Change the user type if required.
To delete a user:
You can delete a user login from here.
- Select remove from option button
- Select the user name from User Name List
- Click on Delete Button
- User will be deleted
