Sales: To generate products sales invoices.
You can use sales to print products sales invoices and update stock.
To add a New Product Sales Bill:
- Click on Product Retailing menu
- Select Sales -> Add
- Sales Bill Add form will appear
- New Sales Invoice No is generated by software.
- Enter Sales Date
- Enter Customer Name
- When you click on customer box customer list will appear.
- Select if customer already exist in customer list
- You can also create new customer clicking on Add New Customer Button from customer list.
- When you select a customer name and address will appear in Product Sales Invoice Screen.
- Now Click on Enter Item Detail Grid
- Click on Item Name a Item List box will Appear
- Select a item name clicking on it or Select Item and press Enter
- Software will automatically displays Item Unit and price
- Press enter to move to next column
- Software automatically displays item price from item master.
- If you want to edit price click on it and enter new price.
- or if do not want to edit price simply press enter to move to next column.
- Enter Qty to sale.
- If Product Qty does not exist in Stock a message will Appear "Item Out Of Stock" .
- You can't enter Qty more than exist in your stock.
- Software automatically calculates item total rate.
- Press Enter to move cursor to next row to enter another item if any.
- You can enter as many items repeating above steps.
- Click on Add Button to save sales invoice
- You can enter as many sales invoices repeating above steps
- Press Esc to close form.
- Creating new sales invoices will decrease your products stock.
To Edit a Sales Invoice:
- Click on Product Retailing menu
- Select Sales ->Edit
- Sales Invoice Edit form will appear
- Select Sales invoice no from bills list to edit.
- Update Sales Bill Date, Customer name etc . as required.
- Now Click on Enter Item Detail Grid
- Click on Item Name a Item List box will Appear
- Select a item name clicking on it or Select Item and press Enter
- Software will automatically displays Item Unit and price
- Press enter to move to next column
- Software automatically displays item price from item master.
- if you want to edit price click on it and enter new price.
