Purchase: To Maintain Products Purchases
                                    
You can use purchases to manage products purchases bills.
                                    
To add a New Products Purchase Bill:                         
                                      
Click on Product Retailing menu                                    
Select Purchases -> Add                                      
Purchase Bill Add form will appear                                     
Enter Purchase Bill No.                                      
You can change Date of Bill, Party Name                                       
Click on Enter Item Detail Grid                                      
Click on any row or column whose data you want to edit.                                       
Click on Item Name a Item List box will Appear                                      
Select a item name clicking on it or Select Item and press Enter                                      
Software will automatically displays Item Unit and price                                      
Press enter to move to next column                                       
Enter the purchase price of product.                                      
Enter Quantity of Product Purchased.                                      
Software automatically calculates item total rate.                                      
Press Enter to move cursor to next row to enter another item if any.                                      
You can enter as many items repeating above steps.                                      
Click on Add Button to save purchase invoice                                      
You can enter as many purchase invoices repeating above steps                                      
Press Esc to close form.                                       
Adding Products through purchase bills will increase your products stock. 
                                                                        
To Edit a Purchase Bill:
                                                                  
Click on Product Retailing menu                                      
Select Purchases ->Edit                                      
Purchase Bill Edit form will appear                                      
Select Purchase bill no from bills list to edit.                                      
Select Purchase Bill Date                                      
Enter Party Name                                      
Click on Enter Item Detail Grid                                      
Click on Item Name a Item List box will Appear                                     
Select a item name clicking on it or Select Item and press Enter                                      
Software will automatically displays Item Unit and price                                      
Press enter to move to next column                                       
Enter the purchase price of product.                                      
Enter Quantity of Product Purchased.                                      
Software automatically calculates item total rate.                                     
Press Enter to move cursor to next row to enter another item if any.

Click on Add Button to save purchase invoice                                      
You can enter as many purchase invoices repeating above steps

Updating Products through purchase bills will update your products stock.
