Unit Master is used to create various units to product retailing.
You can add/update Units like Kilogram, Gram, Liter, Milliliter, Piece, Box etc.
How to Add a New Unit:
- Open Product Retailing Menu
- Select Unit Master
- Click on Add
- Unit Master Form will appear.
- Enter a unit name Like Gram
- Enter Short Name as Gm.
- Enter Description of unit if you have defined your own unit , it will be better to add description of unit like how much quantity this unit contains.
- Click Save to add new Unit.
- You add more units repeating above steps.
- Press Esc to Close the form
How to Modify a Unit :
- Open Product Retailing Menu
- Select Unit Master
- Click on Edit
- Unit Master Form will appear.
- On Left side it displays list of units
- Select a unit name Like Gram
- Update unit details.
- Click Save to update Unit details.
- You update more units repeating above steps.
- Press Esc to Close the form
