Appointment Bookings: Manage Customer Appointment for an operator on given date with Time Slot.
you can use this feature to Manage Customer appointments , You can add new appointments, Edit /cancel/Confirm/Un Confirm Appointments
To Book a New Appointment:
- Click Appointment Booking Menu
- Appointment Booking Chart appears.
- Select the Appointment Date
- Select Time of appointment
- Select appointment Time in Minutes 15 Minutes, 30 Minutes, 45 Minutes, 60 Minutes so on..
- Select Customer Name,
- Select Stylist Name form stylist Name List.
- Enter Remark or Note for Appointment if any.
- Click Add Appointment
- If Time slot for selected stylist is not already booked, it will show a message appointment already booked.
- If time slot is empty A message will appear Appointment Booked.
To See Appointments:
- By Default Appointment Screen shows you Current Date Appointments
- Appointments in red color are unconfirmed Appointments
- Appointments in Green Color Shows Confirmed Appointments
- To change status of any appointment right click on appointment, a shortcut menu will appear Listing Confirmed, UnConfirmed, Cancel,Edit, Availed
- Click on desired option.
- On Canceling and Availed - Appointment will be deleted and Time slot the stylist will get free and you can book that time slot.
How to Edit an Appointment:
- Right Click on Appointment to edit
- Choose Edit
- Appointment details will appear in left side
- Update Details here
- Click Update Appointment Button
- A message will appear appointment updated.
How to See Appointment Chart of a Date:
- On Top of chart there is a Date Box
- Select the date for which you want to see Appointment Chart
- On Changing date, It will shows you Appointment Chart of that date.
How to See Any Stylist Appointments:
- Click on Operator wise report
- Select stylist name from list
- Select date for which you want to see appointments booking for a operator
- It will list you appointments for a given operator for a period.
