1. How can I protect my data from unauthorized viewing?
   1. You can create admin login with you and can assign operators login to other staff/frontdesk employees. Only admin user can view all sales reports.
2. What is the use of NOT USED in Service Slip?
   1. Use it when you do not want to enter 2nd & 3rd stylist names. 
   2. If  service require more than one stylist, but you want  that complete service will be executed by only one stylist, you can enter only one stylist name and click on not used button .
3. Can I Modify / or add Service Slips and invoices after day close?
4. 1. No, you cana't  modify/delete any service slip or service invoice after day close. You can only close an open service slip after day close.
5. On which amount tax is calculated sales amount after discount or before discount?
   1. Service Tax is calculated on Total Service Amount after discount.
   2. In Service Master you must enter service amount exclusive service tax.
6. Why  I can't delete certain services/customer/stylist?
   1. You can't delete a customer : If a service slip/service invoice/appointment has been booked/retail invoice has been created for that customer.
   2. You can not delete a service name: If you have created a service slip/service invoice for that service.
   3. You can not delete a Stylist: If a stylist has executed some services and you have created a service slip in which you have used that stylist name , you can't delete that stylist. You can always deactivate that stylist.
7. How can I modify/edit  service & retail invoices?
1. Modify Service Invoice: You can modify a service invoice if day has not been closed. To modify a service invoice go to transaction menu -> Modify/Reprint Service Invoice -> Select Service Invoice No. from List ( By default it list current date service invoices) -> Click Modify -> Service Slip Screen will be open -> Do require changes -> click on invoice-> Save & Print .
8. How many services can be created in Salon Soft?
1. You can create max 864 different services in salon soft.
2. You can create max 48 Services categories.
3. You can create max 18 services under one service category.
9. What type of printer is require in Salon Soft?
1. For 80 Char printing you must have Epson Lx 300+II printer.
2. For Slip Printing you can use Epson T220 Retail Printer.
10. I do not want to print Service Slip. How can I disable it.?
1. Goto Software management -> Select Advance Settings -> Enter 0 in Service Slip Copy to print
